Question About Craftsman Lawn Mower 944.605210
I rebuild the cutter deck on my 18.5 hp 944.605210...

I rebuild the cutter deck on my 18.5 hp 944.605210 mower - belts, clutch cable, mandrels etc but I can't get the brakes on the drive pulleys to release. Each time you try to engage the cutter you get a loud screetching sound
