Two year old tractor hydrostatic clutch is slipping. can barely climb the smallest hill. Have pulled some heavy loads and am attributing the slipping to a worn or defective part. Any ideas. thanks mm

0 I Have this mower and i have this problem all the time. grass clippings build up and block the clutch/brake pedal from retracting which causes the belt to slip. Make sure mower is turned off and look on top of the plate above the mower next to the pedal you will see a bar that moves up and down when you move the pedal. clean the grass clippings out from under this bar. hope this helps

0 It sound like a typical K46 transaxle failure. Check out the K66 Upgrade for your tractor: www.rjrtractor.com
