How do I replace the self propel belt on this lawn mower?

5 there is a plastic cover on the top front of the mower you need to take that off, 5/16" bolt I believe. Then tip the mower carburetor side up so no gas spills out, and take a log or piece of wood to imobolise the blade and take the blade off with a large handle socket wrench. The belt will slip off by getting it on the edge of the pulley and rotating it slipping it on or off depending if you installing or taking the old one off

0 I got an e-mail saying they found the manual and for me to click on the link to download it. However, when I click on the link I can't find the manual for the 917.373220. What am I doing wrong? Where do I need to go to find it?
