Question About Craftsman Lawn Mower 917.250051
Electric PTO/clutch problem...

I have not run in awhile. It starts and drives fine. The problem is when I engage the PTO/Clutch it stalls the engine. (too much load) It has a snowthrower attachment connected but it can be spun by hand fairly easily so I beleive it has to do with the clutch system.???
