Question About Craftsman Lawn Mower None
drive belt and won't start...

Not sure if I put the drive belt back on correctly and since it broke two weeks ago I've been unable to get it started. Sounds like it wants to fire, but it just makes this screechy whining sound. Also changed battery and plug.
