Question About Craftsman Lawn Mower None

My mower just quit today it is a 16hp ohv, 2004 6speed while mowing it began to slow down then I put it in neutral and shut off the mower it put out a puff of blue smoke then quit; There is still a full oil check and when I tried to start it again the starter tried to go but the motor would not roll over any thoughts.
