I HAVE A 32CC MINI TILLER THAT WAS MADE IN 2008. THE PLUG FOULS OFTEN AND THE ENGINE IS VERY OILY. SEARS MAITENANCE OVERHALULED IT 4-5 YEARS AGO. I CAN'T FIND THE MODEL NUMBER. IS IT WISE TO OVERHAUL IT AGAIN. WHAT DO YOU THINK THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS.
