5 Thank you so much for providing this information! We borrowed our neighbor's tiller and it broke while we were using it. It's our policy to always return a borrowed item in better condition than we found it, so we were very distraught to find out the transmission was only available in its entirety at $218. Your post allowed us to find the shaft on Amazon for $69. With a $30 coupon and free shipping, it only cost us $39 to fix the tiller and return it in MUCH better condition. Thanks again!!

0 Actually havesolvd my own problem. This cultivator has the same drive components as a Murray F1016-80 and an exploded view with part numbers can be found at www.partsandservice.com/bin/ipl.cgi. The shaft part number is 56159ma
