I need the manual for Model # 242-7006. I was not...

I need the manual for Model # 242-7006. I was not able to find this model number in the list of manuals for a Craftsman Chipper Shredder. Would appreciate some help. Does this model have a clutch system or are the blades just free wheeling on the shaft? Also, do the blades need to be sharpened? Thanks, Keith Andrews
