Chipper won't start this spring. It was fine last fall. I have fresh gas, new sparkplug, air filter isn't the problem. Starter fluid will fire it up for a few seconds, but it won't keep running. I'm thinking gas isn't getting to carb. Maybe a fuel line problem. Question: any ideas? or how can I remove the fuel lines and clean or replace most easily?

1 If it sat for awhile, I'll bet your needle valve is not opening. Remove the float bowl, if the float is down but no fuel is pouring out, you have a blockage there. Remove the needle, and gently probe the orifice, and maybe spray some carburetor cleaner back through it. Make sure you have fresh gasoline, and look for evidence of water in the bowl.
