0 I dont have a manual but I can tell you a bit about them. My father has one. They are hard to pull start. You need a strong shoulder. Should of been a electric start. Check your plug and float. Use quick start. Good luck

0 problem is not with starting but with connecting the pullcord to the attaching mechanism
