My Countax K18 occasionally displays 0000 on the d...

My Countax K18 occasionally displays 0000 on the display when running, instead of the rev count, and the powered grass collector lift and empty buttons no longer operate. Sometimes rev reading returns and electrics operate but lately seems stuck with 0000 and cant make grass collector electrics respond. Any ideas??
