Question About Coleman Portable Generator Powermate HP3500
starting procedure?...

Unit has not been started in 3 or 4 years and will not start now? Cleaned the spark plug, it is full of oil, maybe over full. I put gas in it , gas valve is on? Tried with the choke and without. Seems like there is a kill switch on somewhere?
