Several years ago I bought an "open box" Coleman Powermate 1850 at Home Depot. There was no manual. It starts but will run only when choked somewhat. It has run fine in the past. I need to find out what I should do to correct the problem so that the generator will run at top speed. Help will be greatly appreciated.
