I started my Coleman generator, it ran for about 5 minutes before some erratic idling and then shut off. I tried to start it again only to find that the pull start wouldn't move more than a couple of inches. I removed the plastic cover where I could see the assembly that housed the cord. It appears that something (maybe some kind of safety feature) is stopping the wheel from spinning and the cord from moving. Does anyone know anything about this?
