Question About Coleman Portable Generator 204412-0163-E1

I have no elec coming from alternator. Tried the spin the elec Drill, and the 12Volt Battery to energize the rotor no success. The end bell has a PC card that looks good to me. Can not find a Diode or Capicator to test. Frankly I AM about to give up. It was working in Jan this year. the r
