turn my coleman 471 hottub on, it flashes pr then ...

turn my coleman 471 hottub on, it flashes pr then after a min or two it shuts off. I have tried running the jets off and on for 10 sec. tried taking the filter out, tried making sure water level is perfect. Still no luck trying to keep it on. does anyone have any suggestions?
