Have a CH portable gen Model GN3565 with MINIMAL hours on it,. Will not idle at proper RPM to produce 115v. Standing idle yields 4.5-6v. Carb has been cleaned . If I hold the governor linkage, I can get it to generate voltage, but still has a bit a of an irregular idle. Restricted generator rotor? valve out of adjustment? weak governor spring? Remember this thing is almost brand new but I do know that nothing is bullet-proof.Any suggestions would be welcomed. Hurricane Irene is due here tonight. Dan
