Just emptied and refilled my CalSpa 1500. Flipped ...

Just emptied and refilled my CalSpa 1500. Flipped the breaker switch and no electricity to the tub. Have had this problem before and had to spin the wheel on the pressure switch. Please help with more specifics. Thanks!
