Pull Rope...

The pull rope feels like it's disconnected, it's very easy to pull but it doesn't go back in without pushing it back in. It doesn't pull the flywheel and feels like it's not turning anything.

0 I tried starting my tiller tonight and found the same problem. About every 15th pull of the rope turns the flywheel....definitely not enough to start the tiller. It looks like the part that is attached to the flywheel is slipping and needs replacing. Is there a replacement part for this?

0 my pull rope pulls out a short distance and locks up. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
