I have a weed eater briggs & Stratton motor model ...

I have a weed eater briggs & Stratton motor model #135202 type 0119.01 code 9503022E. The pulley string keeps coming loose. It almost gets the tiller to start and then the string won't go in. I already took the front off and put the string around. What else can I do or check. Please help.

0 it's only a 5 hp. Does that make a difference?
