I have a old snow blower brand is toro 8 hp 26 wit...

I have a old snow blower brand is toro 8 hp 26 with briggs and Stratton engine model is 190402 -0755-01...i got carburetor but I seems missing some attachment part connected to governor...try to start it ....got spark but can not run ....so can you help me a diagram of full attachment or connection of carburetor
