I lent my pressure washer to some friends. Unfortunatley it came back with a really high RPM looked at the governor spring system. Looks like it has been tampered with, no turtle to rabbit just rabbit all the time untill off. All the diagrams I find show me what I can order but nothing on how it goes together properly. Just looking for a put together discription even if someone can take a pic of their working unit. Model 10H902.
