Question About Briggs & Stratton Pressure Washer 20250
020250 pressure washer won't start...

It does not act like it wants to start when rope pulled. I put in a new plug. Checked air filter. Fuel lines look ok as far as I can tell. Has always started easy. The last time I used it it started hard. If you moved the linkage a certain way it killed the motor, like it grounded it out. Please help
