wrong wattage...

the manual I am looking for has a running wattage of 5500 and a starting wattage of 8500. It has 2-20amp circuits AC Amps-45.8/22.8 Serial # 1 009 377 489 I need the owner's manual because I bought it used and the guy didn't have the original one. Thanks for your help!!
