The 220 volt receptacle and 1 of the 110 volt rece...

The 220 volt receptacle and 1 of the 110 volt receptacles is not functioning. There is a red wire loose from the 220 volt receptacle. Only 4 wires attached to the connector. There are 5 wires coming from the generator that attach to the connector.
