I would like to make sure of which hole (upper or ...

I would like to make sure of which hole (upper or lower) to pour in oil, Drawing I have seen in manual(?) is not specific and arrow points somewhere between the upper and lower holes, though there is FILL written on the lower. This is confusing, and I want to clarify. Thanks
