i have a briggs & stratton genpower 10.0 model# 19e412. just went through hurricane 'irene' and used it for 3 days. checked oil prior to using,and it had oil in it. it shut down today,and oil was low. low oil indicator light never lit up. can't pull rope to start. was told it's locked up. is there a way i can get it running again? been without power since this past friday. please help!!!
