crank seems to be stuck

0 remove spark plug.....then pull cord. If it moves freely you created what is called vapor lock. This is vapor from unburned fuel that locks up the piston and pull cord. Once you remove the spark plug. you free up the piston by releasing the gas vapor in the combustion chamber. If you still have lock up, then you have a scoured piston or piston wall. you need to either remove the cylinder head and make the necessary repair etc,etc,etc and reassemble the unit. Send me five bucks
