Seem like I am having trouble with the choke on my 410 model with Briggs and Stratton engine. New oil, gas, air filter, spark plug and no trouble starting just seems like it wants to stall even when running on concrete. When I move the choke apparatus it revs up and then goes back to the almost stalling stage. What needs to be done to rectify this issue?
