Hard to start and emits white smoke

5 Service overfilled my 4 stroke and so it poured white smoke.. and black oil came out of muffler. But it did start OK.. Check oil dipstick.

0 nothing comes out when i tip the mower. is there a cap/screw release? and which side do i tip..the side with the prime button or the side where the white smoke comes out?
