Question About Briggs & Stratton Lawn Mower tbs190u1g1ra:rm
Owner's Manual...

This is about a 10 year old power pro push mower with a 5.5hp briggs & stratton mower. The pull cord is locked up and I'm unsure why. I am looking for an owner's manual. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
