MY MOWER WILL START BUT NOT STAY RUNNING, I STORED IT THIS WINTER WITH TANK M-T PUT GAS IN IT TODAY .

0 I have a Briggs & Statton Craftsman Lawn mower. The starter string has came out; how do I get the string back in to start the mower. I can not get the cover off. I go the top but the one that the rope is in; I can't get that cap off.
