Question About Briggs & Stratton Lawn Mower unknown Tecumseh

trying to find operating manual. It is a Briggs & Stratton 3/20 Tecumseh lawnmower with 2 separate bars on handle to make it go. Product number faded but first 2 number are 11 and last 3 numbers are 519. Bought it used.
