i have a problem with the steering chain it has come off.I have been able to put it back on but as soon as i turn the steering wheel it slips back off ,it looks like the 2 cogs are not lined up is there something i am doing wrong? is there something i need to loosen or tighten to make my task easier thank-you model no- 257707 type- 0148 01 code no- 93043010
