I am having a problem with my Mower flooding. It appears that a piece may be missing from the throttle linkage but I am not sure. the throttle plate is open all the way even on low setting and all of the springs that are there support this. It appears as though something may be missing where the throttle cable connects but I would need to see a diagram to be sure.
