I purchased this 'Billy Goat' type of blower for my father for Christmas and he cannot find the manual. We have looked online, but cannot find it there either. This particular model number isn't listed on the manuals online.com website. Where can I find it? He is having a few issues with the blower and also, he doesn't know what the oil/gas ratio is and that info is in the manual.
