rotak 40 suddenly stopped as if stalled by wrap-round. have removed blade & topcover. Much sparking at brush contacts if I try to run...what next please

0 I have the same problem with my Rotak 40 motor runs for 1-2 seconds and stops cannot find what is causing it any ideas
