just bought 370 rotak set to 20mm cut and looks like grass has not been cut not even took heads of buttecups

0 Have you checked that you have adjusted the level which is from 1 to 9. If the mower is at 9, it's blade are far from the ground and if its on 1 or 2, its will cut all the grass.
