I have a Qualcast lawn mower which I believe is now covered by Bosch? I'm trying to remove the blade however it "appears" the blade and bolt keeping the blade on and the same piece of metal. The bolt only turns with the blade and will not budge in the other direction. Do i have to remove the top cover to get inside mower to remove the blade?
