Hi, I have a rotak 32. The motor is whining but the blade is not turning. I think it is stuck by some twin or fibrous material. I have removed the blade but how do you remove the next item like a plastic cap on the shaft. I believe the twin is stuck in that area. Or can it be another reason that the motor is whining but the blade is not moving. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks PV
