Have a bosch rotak 34 mower which is not working. Have replaced on/off switch but still no luck. Any suggestions

0 I have found with our rotak 34, that the handle is not functioning and pushing the micro switch within the handle switch box, when I operate it manually, BE VERY CAREFUL the mower works perfectly,I have disassembled and reassembled the switch but to no avail,the arm is not pushing, yet looks fine as though it should, frustrating
