Is this likely a stuck ring or scored cylinder wall? Is this an economical repair or is replacement required. Age about 3-4 yrs. Also I continue to break the approx 1/8" diam. bar that holds the blade in the vertical position. I have replace twice and bar has broken again. Appears to be a problem with the quality of the replacement parts. The last two didn't last one edging operation
