Bolen BL110 trimmer - I have to keep it half choke...

Bolen BL110 trimmer - I have to keep it half choked to keep it running and turn idle up. Tried new gas, new plug, clean air filter, clean gas filter and no luck. Not even a year old. Thinking it might be in the carb.
