i am the new owner of this snowblower and am not sure that the travel lever is working the way it is designed to . when the lever is free it is engaged and traveling but when it is up and in locked position it does not travel this is just the opposite of the way most machines work is this the correct way this is a Bolens Arctic 70 model 537-01 serial no 4324 Thanks Ray
