We own a Bolens 42in 17 HP mower that will not start. Is there a compression release on this or could it be out of adjustment valves? With the plug out the engine spins freely by hand or with the starter motor, once the plug is installed it appears to only turn until it hits compression and that is where it stops. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
