Question About Bolens Lawn Mower 134-504-000
Rear Wheels locked up on 15.5 hp Bolen riding mower...

I have a 15.5 hp Bolen Riding mower. The rear end locked up while I was mowing. I can raise up the rear end and the tires will rotate in opposite directions but when I put it on the ground it is locked up and will not roll. The brake is not on and the gear **** is in neutral. Can someone help with this?
