Question About Bolens Lawn Mower 030 thru 062
new marked down lawnmower from lowes won't start...

i recently purchased a new bolens lawnmower from Lowe's and it didn't come with an owner's manual or engine manual (it was a floor model). the engine will not start. do i need to add a mixture of oil/gas to it? if so, how much?
