Question About Bolens Lawn Mower None
need deck belt...

I own a very old Bolens that is still running grreat!!! It is a Bolens 1800 Hydro Eliminator model # 50048S or (5 as last model #)) cannot read well....the serial number is 0201817....I need a belt I am estimating it is a 48" deck from the cutting edges but the entire deck is ~54. Cannot find parts...any help? This thing was built to last!!!!

0 I just bought 1/2 " by 100" belt for 48 " deck on my "1600" Hydro Eliminator. About $35 here in Canada. Old part # 1736903 cross referenced to Oregon belt #75-400 at local mower repair shop. See sonnysbolens.com to see if your 1800 has same deck as 1600. Other good info there too.

0 There are two belts that fit this deck depending on the serial # one is 137 inches long and the other is 18'6 inches.anybody that handles goodyear belts should be able to help you.

0 Hello again, The Oregon belt #75-400 didn't cut it (pun intended) for very long. An equivalent size from an industrial supply company might be a better choice. If anyone is interested, I have a handyman fix for mower belts that jump off the pulley.
