How do I adjust the belts on my Bolens 21 inch self propelled rotary lawnmower (model12A1839Q565) I have tried the procedure outlined in the owners manual for variable speed control on the underside of the handle but the mower is still running slow. How do I adjust the belts ?? Thanks
